Shipping Locations
We currently ship to customers within the United States only. All items ship to US customers within 7-14 days, and we always strive for faster delivery and better service.

Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is fulfilled.

Estimated Delivery Times
Shipping times vary by product and location, but generally fall within the following ranges:
– Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days
– Expedited Shipping (if available): 3–7 business days

Shipping Fees
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders unless stated otherwise on the product page. Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional charge at checkout.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to update. If your tracking status hasn’t updated after 5 days, please contact us.

Delays and Exceptions
We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, carrier delays, other logistics disruptions, or other factors beyond our control. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. If it’s still missing, contact us within 7 days so we can investigate and assist with a claim.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
